His favorite things are hunting, hunting, and did we mention hunting? Oh, and football.

From college professor to strategy specialist, Stephanie has worked with some wonderful people in high tech, food distribution, dental, education, and various other industries.

Her favorite things are her husband, dog, and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Being outdoors with all three - bonus!

Part-Time

Customer Service Representative

  • Ensure that customers make buying decisions armed with the right amount of information
  • Analyze customer issues and recommend solutions
  • Discuss with customers on telephone and provide information on the company’s products and services
  • Call up customers who need attention and confirm satisfaction or additional need
  • Communicate changes or adjustment in policies to clients
  • Send newsletters, mails, and other forms of correspondences to customers
  • Assist in sales of new products and policies
  • Assist clients in filling of policy documents and contact them whenever any error is discovered, or when it needs to be corrected
  • Offer information about price quotes to prospective customers
  • Receive visiting customers and provide them with assistance
  • Maintain strong clientele relationship with customers
  • Additional duties per job description
